To create proper mix of two-component resin, it is required an absence of air and quality mixing. All this provides a vacuum mixer. Mixing of polyurethane resins in a vacuum, not only provides the correct chemical reaction, but also eliminates the mixture of air bubble - main enemy in the production of doming stickers and labels.

T-Tape Poli-Flex Premium is an ecologically proven polyurethane film with matt, reflectionfree surface, in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Film has very resistant adhesive backing that allows you to cut out parts of the base and change the places of it, even very small details. It can be transferred to textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and mixtures of polyester/acrylic.

UZLEX new PU formula for 3D label production extends the operating range of temperatures, which makes it easier to work at lower temperatures. Recent developments have allowed to reduce the influence of moisture on the formation of bubbles. Now it is possible to work without bubbles almost at all standard conditions. Resins are usually mixed in Vacuum Mixer in proportion 1:1 and are sold in 1kg bottles.
